Kaizen Technologies (“Kaizen”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a technology company registered in Ghana. We provide artificial intelligence, machine learning, data intelligence, software engineering and embedded-systems services to local and international clients.
2. Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include:
- Your name and work email address
- Your organisation’s name
- The service you are interested in
- Your message and any project information it contains
Our hosting provider may also process standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and request time, to deliver and secure the website.
3. How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand your requirements, assess whether we can assist, prepare a proposal when requested and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
4. Contact-form provider
Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service. When you submit the form, the information is sent to FormSubmit and delivered to our business inbox. FormSubmit processes this information under its own privacy and security terms. If you prefer not to use the form, you can email us directly.
5. Fonts and external resources
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may connect to Google’s servers to retrieve those files, which can disclose technical information such as your IP address. We do not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural analytics on this website.
6. Sharing and international processing
Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate this website and business, including hosting, email and form-delivery providers. Some providers may process data outside Ghana. We limit sharing to what is reasonably necessary for those services or required by law.
7. Retention and security
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to certain processing or withdraw consent where consent applies. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. Children
Our website and services are intended for organisations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
